Hampton Springs Fishery is one of the leading fisheries in the North-West. Set in the scenic south Cheshire countryside beneath the Bickerton Hills, it is an idyllic location to enjoy a days sport. A well-established fishery, Hampton Springs has eight superb spring-fed lakes with purpose-built swims and easy access. Stocked with our own farm-reared coarse fish, you can expect to catch quality fish from a wide range of species. With both match and pleasure waters and a specimen carp lake to choose from, Hampton Springs is an ideal venue for experienced, competition, novice or junior anglers.

Alice Springs is a two acre mixed lake with two central islands and lily beds, between 4' and 7' in depth there are carp to 20 lbs, chub, tench, bream, perch, roach and barbel making it one of the best mixed fishery lakes in the North-West.
Folly is our specimen carp lake, exclusively a day ticket lake, it is well stocked with 10-30lb carp. At 3 acres and surrounded by mature shrubs and trees it is a sheltered and peaceful venue for the serious carp angler.
Long Island is the 2nd largest and probably most popular lake at Hampton Springs. Carp dominate and on a hot calm day you are likely to see hundreds of them basking.
Narrow and long with four islands, the one acre Meadows provides a challenge with a stock of barbel, bream, chub, perch and both green and golden tench.
Oasis a half acre lake currently rented by Lymm Anglers and has limited pleasure fishing.
Poplars is an all year round Day ticket water. Ideal for windy days and Winter fishing with mature trees bordering its far bank. Poplars is half an acre in size with an average depth of 4-6’. A central island and two lily beds provide nice features to fish to.
Rock Pool has five islands and Lillybeds over two and a half acres with a range of swims to challenge any angler. A mixed lake there are good-sized mirror and common carp up to 20 lbs as well as chub, tench, bream, perch, roach, Crucian carp and barbel.
Willows has two islands which run the length of the lake enabling anglers to fish to the edge from most of the pegs.

The 3 acre specimen carp lake at the furthest end of the site has mature trees and shrubs well landscaped around its perimeter providing a peaceful and secluded venue for the serious carp angler.
There are 10 pegs which are well-spaced around the lake. It is stocked with a good head of carp with the record in 2020 being a 29lb 14oz Common. Good fighting fish they can regularly be seen shoaling in summer months tantalising the angler!
Most anglers fish with two rods on this lake, one rod in the margin (deep) and one rod close to the island using pellet, corn, meat or Boilies. Hampton Springs feeding pellets can also be useful as can pva bags.
This lake has been developed and improved gradually over the years and is becoming a very popular venue for carp anglers.
